Project Description

The Administration Refurbishment forms Stage 1 of the College Master Plan. As the College had outgrown its existing facilities, the project reconfigured and expanded the administration precinct by enclosing underutilised external areas, increasing the overall floor area while improving functionality, circulation, and user experience.

The refurbishment includes a revitalised student reception, a new treatment room, guidance counsellor offices, generous staff and student amenities, a staff room and kitchen with screened external deck, staff work pods, and a range of formal and informal meeting spaces.

Set within the lush Noosa landscape, the design embraces the College’s established gardens and natural surroundings. The refurbished spaces maximise views to landscaped areas, while the existing structure allowed for raked ceilings and exposed trusses, creating light-filled interiors with a strong connection to the outdoors. Abundant natural light, warm materials, and open communal spaces contribute to a welcoming and contemporary environment for students, staff, and visitors.
