Project Description

A project now recently completed following a successful construction period, Phase Two for the school has since commenced and includes extensions to existing buildings and new learning spaces. This administration building was the first major project on the site, following a masterplan we completed for the school in 2020. This project has acted as a catalyst for a new architectural direction for the school previously consisting of raised demountables.

Located at the entry to the campus, a portal frame passively screens the building from the eastern morning sun while providing a strong sense of arrival. In addition to administrative and student services, the project includes a large covered court for sport use and assemblies, making efficient use of a site predominantly located below flood level.
