Dario Della is the founding Director of Architectural Collaborative and has been leading architectural practices and managing design teams since 2010. He has worked full time in the architectural profession since 1996, bringing nearly three decades of industry experience.
He holds overall responsibility for the delivery of all design projects, including team coordination and project outcomes. Dario leads business development initiatives, chairs team meetings, and is committed to fostering strong team dynamics through mentoring and leadership.
Dario’s breadth of skills and experience make him a valuable contributor to stakeholders and developers across both the public and private sectors. He demonstrates a strong passion for design and a meticulous attention to detail across all stages of architectural design, documentation, and the construction process.
He has received multiple design awards and professional recognition from leading design institutes. Dario’s project experience spans a diverse range of sectors, including residential developments (from home renovations to multi-unit housing), commercial and industrial facilities, educational environments (from childcare centres to technical colleges), aged care and medical facilities, as well as sport, recreation, and community buildings. This broad project portfolio enables him to bring comprehensive knowledge and informed insight to every project.
